Functionality and Utility

$SQUOGE powers the entire Dogesquatch ecosystem. The team behind the project aims to discover and acquire rare real-world assets and make them community-owned via the treasury. Production of a short documentary film, dubbed “The Squoge Files,” with each episode auctioned as an NFT is also in the plan. The team will use all the proceeds from the NFT auction to acquire the mentioned rare assets. The meme coin will also serve as a community token for the $SQUOGE fan base. As the project’s whitepaper says, ownership of this meme coin will shift into a DAO and creators will relinquish their administrative roles once the community grows. $SQUOGE will also be utilized in other forays within the Dogesquatch community, such as future airdrops, giveaways, and purchasing real-world assets (RWAs). It will also be used to cover operational expenses for the missions involving the discovery and research of mythical themes.

The concept of DogeSquatch, a hybrid creature blending Doge and Sasquatch, is intriguing and unique. What inspired you to create DogeSquatch and how does it relate to your mission of pursuing the truth about mythical creatures? We’ve always been fascinated by mysteries, especially those that involve aliens, sasquatch, time travel, multiverse theory, alternate dimensions, and just about anything paranormal or having a high degree of strangeness. Throughout our lives, we’ve been able to discover a lot on these topics, keeping a balance of skepticism and belief. In 2021, we came across a community known as Own The Doge, which stewards the famous Doge image. We were fortunate to help the community in many ways, including coordination of in-person events and duties as a Bark Tank Council Member (Cryptorado). We created DogeSquatch, or Squoge for short, as the mascot for our project. It combines our obsession for mysteries with our Dogely mindset. We believe that his friendly, mischievous, and inquisitive nature will encourage people to explore these mysteries via memes & humor. The 'Rado Brothers, Cryptorado & Chocorado are conceptualizing DogeSquatch and driving the mission forward. Could you tell us more about the background and interests of the 'Rado Brothers, and how their passion for investigating UFOs, aliens, Bigfoot, and urban legends has influenced the DogeSquatch project? Throughout our lives, we’ve held each other accountable for either debunking or proving concepts. We've seen far too many times where stories have been covered up, buried, and forgotten about. We consider this to be an injustice to mankind to withhold important truths. Chocorado gets his name from being a former chocolatier, and Cryptorado gets his name from his experience in the computer technology field. The 'Rado represents our home state of Colorado. Leveraging our combined strengths with the utilization of blockchain technology, we are set to achieve our mission of imprinting truths as permanent records and memefying disclosure. Building a community of free thinkers to document evidence of strange and unexplained events is an ambitious mission. How do DogeSquatch utilize blockchain technology and NFTs to achieve this goal, and what specific evidence or testimonials do you aim to record on the blockchain? We are producing a docuseries called “The Squoge Files,” and each episode will be sold in two ways. The full 1:1 episode will be auctioned off to the highest bidder as a video NFT. We will also produce a static NFT, available on Zora as an open edition (unlimited). All proceeds from NFT sales go directly back into the project. We're starting with the most well-known and well-documented stories like the Roswell Cover Up and the Patterson Gimlin Film. Then we plan to collect evidence and testimonials on our website and garner community suggestions for future topics. We'll be relying on our extensive research, logical analysis, intuition, and community input to determine which subjects are worthy of being minted as official Non-Fungible Truths. The slogan "The truth is NON-FUNGIBLE" is catchy and meaningful. How does the immutability and transparency of NFTs on the blockchain contribute to the project's mission of safeguarding the truth behind conspiracy theories and cover-ups? We believe this information needs to be cataloged in a decentralized, unchangeable, incorruptible, trustworthy, open-source way, so anyone can access it at any time, anywhere on this planet or beyond (as long as they have good Wi-Fi, lol) for generations to come. NFTs let us save important historical events, evidence, and information onto an immutable decentralized file storage and distribution system like IFPS (totally not a coincidence that it stands for InterPlanetary File System, lol). Combined with secure, fully auditable, and transparent distributed ledger technology like public blockchains, it gives the power back into the hands of the regular folks and away from those who have been controlling the narrative for so long. Instead of hiding in vaults and private servers guarded by a few, we're sharing the info so everyone can safeguard these truths, effectively decentralizing disclosure. The more NFTs people own, the harder it'll be to cover it up since they can't burn them all. Looking ahead, what are the long-term goals and aspirations for DogeSquatch? How do you envision the project’s growth and contribution to the exploration of mysterious phenomena and the pursuit of truth? We will continue to build relationships and launch collaborations with paranormal research organizations, crypto or not, that share our goal – a public disclosure on all paranormal topics. The bigger the community, the more we'll be able to explore, and the closer we'll get to the truth. With community support, we will also seek out, acquire, and create NFTs of real-world artifacts to further document the truth. The founders will guide the project's directives and missions. However, we envision the project’s shift to a DAO model. This will solidify our mission of decentralizing the truth. We want Dogesquatch to become a meme everyone knows.
